Premier league football club Aston Villa have an impressive history as one of the founding members of the Football League and of the Premier League. The club have been based at Aston’s Villa Park since 1897 – we were only too happy to help these hometown heroes.

The Challenge

Aston Villa came to us with the objective of driving ticket sales for their home games. They were keen to target a new audience beyond their core fanbase, such as families and casual football fans. Going to a football match – particularly an impassioned local derby like those between Birmingham City and Villa – is a great day out. The club were keen to convey the excitement of the event experience with their digital advertising.
